Hi, I'm Katti! I am a German-Korean author, life & business coach and writing mentor. Currently, I live in Berlin and sometimes also in Gadigal (Sydney), Australia.
As a life & business coach, I help individuals, couples, and groups use their hidden resources, challenge outdated beliefs, and develop solutions beyond the beaten path. I support teams in nurturing a kind and empathetic work culture. I combine Solution-Focused Coaching with Nonviolent Communication and visual storytelling tools.Â
As a writing coach, I’ve developed scriptwriting tools, like the Magic Mismatch, the Micro-Moment Plunge, and Writing Tapas. In seminars and one-on-one sessions, I train writers, filmmakers, and other creatives.
I studied Screenwriting at filmArche and History at Freie Universität, both in Berlin.
In 2018, I made the film HOW ABOUT HAVING A FASCINATION OF MIND, a documentary about Koreans’ penchant for poo and other idiosyncrasies. Right now, I’m writing a political manifesto, a candy drama novel, and an essay against grind culture.
I work in German and English.
